Jay and his family have been members of the CHS since 2000. They had the fortunate situation where an existing CHS member encouraged them to get involved.
Jay has two daughters Kiana and Kaylee. Kaylee is his heart child who was born with Tetraology of Fallot.
Jay was on the board previously from 2006-2016 in many capacities. He look’s forward to working on the CHS board once again with these amazing people!
